They are constructed using the same materials as our homes & meet the NZ building code which makes them strong, warm, dry and fully insulated. They are available with or without a kitchen, bathroom & wardrobe. As these are under 30sqm, you will only need a building consent and a certified piled foundation if a kitchen and/or bathroom is installed.
